Was the same in the Coding Monkeys Carcassonne app, which was the official one before the license was passed to a different company.
I have not tried the new app but I imagine it behaves the same.

Adding the fairy bonus to a larger city might not seem like a big deal but when you are able to get fairy bonuses on roads or cloisters the benefit is clearer - is a 33% bonus for a cloister for example or nearly double the points for a 2 tile city. Moving the fairy regardless of dragon protection does have merit. If you are completing a feature you already own and the fairy is not already protecting one of your own important meeple close to the dragon’s location then it makes sense to move the fairy to the feature you are about to complete for the bonus.
With a game that is, as often as not, won by a difference of just a few points or less, even small fairy bonuses can be worth it.
Scoring a completed feature and getting your meeple back is not counted as ‘moving’ a meeple, it happens during scoring stage and after you may have already ‘moved wood’ in the previous stage. Nor is moving the scoreboard meeple counted as ‘moving wood’

Apart from the wagon example, ‘moving’ meeple generally means placing a meeple on a feature or removing a meeple (like removing abbot from incomplete feature or removing other players meeple from city using princess tile for example). But not being eaten by the dragon.

The active player can only move the fairy to protect their meeple if they do not wish to claim a feature on the dragon tile by placing a meeple on it.
The fairy’s other Benefits are 1 free point if you still have the fairy on your meeple’s tile when your turn comes back around (easy to forget to do this though) and extra points for completing your Road/city/cloister etc that the fairy is occupying.
Remember what I said above, dragon ‘eats’ meeples not ‘moves’ them, then they effectively respawn back with their player (the player gets them back).
Edit: I prefer this expansion’s mechanics for removing other players meeple from the map, at least you just get them back if it happens to you, no taking prisoners like with The Tower. Feels much more in keeping with rest of game.

As answered by corinthiens13, Yes the active player can move the fairy or place a meeple before moving the dragon happens, and then entering the scoring phase The meeples consumed by the dragon are technically ‘eaten’ rather than ‘moved’ and effectively ’respawn’ back with their player. The dragons moves are initiated by the active player drawing a dragon tile but are not technically part of the active players turn (it just happens during it), so consumed meeple are not being ‘moved’ by the active player. Otherwise the dragon would technically only be able to eat one meeple per turn Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There was something wrong with the configuration of the shipping costs for the Signposts... I call them and they corrected it on the fly, but all the previous orders kept the configuration order, including mine.
So in my case, the shipping costs were those for a box as if full of stuff, but it actually contained only few items that could have fitted in an envelope most likely. The box was full of paper to keep the few mini expansions at the bottom of the box.
All in all, even if the shipping costs were an overkill like in my case, these are the ones corresponding to the shipping method used, unnecessary in most cases I may assume. So I don't think CundCo will return any money for this... They actually spent it even if it wasn't the most suitable shipping method for a bunch of orders...
I get what you are saying, and yes mine also arrived unnecessarily in a box full of paper, however the fault was their’s and they were made aware of the issue before they shipped the boxes. They even suggested I redo the order after they fixed the website, without any information on what would happen to the original order (it seems I’d have just got charged for both, given that they shipped it anyway) I don’t feel a credit note is too much to ask under the circumstances. I have an outstanding Cundco issue of being overcharged by around €12 on postage for an order that included the new mini-expansion prior to them fixing it’s postage cost.. also during the recent advent sale.
They responded to my email on the day saying that the issue had been resolved and I could place the order again. I replied asking if my original order would be cancelled and got a response later (after the ‘21 tile sold out, maybe even day or so later) to say that my order had been shipped. The overcharge for shipping was not addressed so I need to get in touch with them after the break too.

I wonder who had the task to carefully re-place all the tiles in (mostly) the exact same places to retake the photo emoji code48]

I have played my first couple of games with Winter river and gingerbread man, just left gingerbread man to the side until the first tile with him on came out. This seemed to work fine. But to be fair I did not realise he was supposed to go on start tile. The other option is put him on the first city tile that does appear. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah color-specific flags is a strange choice, but I suggest to just pick one color (natural? black?) and just use it for everything.
Indeed that might be the way I go with it but happy to keep using the score tiles while I consider. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They didn’t have any yellow flags so I’ll probably get them in a future order I too got skanked on the postage for the Signposts
Possibly many folk did not realise they are colour specific and ordered yellow because they are default. Still, that was quick though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Those of you who have made the order, check the shopping cart, because the shipping costs have changed in the last hour. An hour ago they charged me shipping costs of 12.95€ and now for the same order I get 4.95€. Surely the first price is a mistake. I have already notified them by email.
Indeed they have and based on delivery cost of same items as my earlier order, I appear to be due €12.50 credit. I have emailed already too. Having experienced the Gingerbread Man confusion at Easter, I have no doubt Cundco will resolve the issue one way or another Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Although I now finally have a copy thanks to my niece and her German boyfriend, lack of Winter Edition in this promotion is a big shame.

Love the idea of the flags but only 5 colours and missing Purple is a point of concern for me. Why make them colour specific? I prefer the original ones linked in first post that were more universal. There is at least the untreated ones I guess, but they are now relegated to a ‘think about buying’ rather than a ‘take my money’ purchase as they were when I first saw this post. Advent package issue seems fixed and delivery is cheaper than first order.
You are right though, even just the signposts is coming up with full parcel delivery cost!
