Sort by Ranking in Download

I just noticed that when you sort by ranking in Downloads it doesn't work the way it should.
It just separates those that have been rated and those that haven't.

Can that be fixed?

I don't expect there's anything we can do about that. Maybe if you rate them all... ;)

Well I have ranked quite a few so far in the past 2 weeks. :)
