My shiny new copy of the base game arrived, with it new-and-improved source and lake tiles. Reading the rules though it looks like I should have a few more tiles in the box ;)

But with a normal River displayed next to it!
I also have a C3 ZMG game, as well as their Big Box, so will have a look tomorrow. Might be an error at ZMG's

The wording is that of the 20th Anniversary, even including the clarification for the double-sized river source tile. A copy & paste error? Let's see.

I got a 2nd copy of the ZMG C3 base game, and can confirm this error.
The rules themselves are from Carc20, with the correct pictures of the C3 river.
So the tiles are correct, it should only be 12 and not 17
