I made a travel set recently by printing an A4 label and sticking it into a cereal box. It was quite easy to cut out!

I'm drawing my board from scratch and painting it, if I get tech intelligent I'll post a pic once competed.

Trying to figure out what to use for meeples (Risk pieces being a current consideration)

Hope you're able to get the camera working, it's great seeing people's custom tiles!  Good luck!

18 tiles done.  Takeaway box reducing in size ....

ps time taken to produce 18 tiles should in no way be equated to quality of outcome....

If you take long enough you'll need to order more take-away - so it's not all bad :D

Guess what has just arrived in the post.  Unopened/checked as of yet.

Having said that I've got to record an initial word of good praise to karahandelshaus for their prompt delivery logistics.

Oh, and Decar, I really really like your cereal set.  Mine won't match up to it when it comes to quality.  And yet, unless my visit to the tate modern was in vain,  it might score decently on freeform originality.

Haha!  Don't underestimate your abilities!  I bet it will be worth something one day when your a prolific boardgame designer!

Also don't forget to put a picture of your delivery on the 'I love the postman' thread.  There's a link on the front page!

Re postie: noted.

One other thing, I might need a wee bit of help with the German language.

At first glance German looks like it is a language based on 23 very very long words, thus shouldn't be too difficult.

I'm sure you'll find some English rules....unless it's a Circus based delivery, but that's not too hard.  You might need to look in the Complete Annotated Rules for older expansions!
