I was on cundco.de looking for the link to the rules for The Wonders on Humanity as there is no rule sheet included & I found the link to the rules for The Drawbridges, but they don't seem to have that expansion available.

Yep;
In a Cundco newsletter, they've announced the Drawbridges mini expansion for release in a few days, on the 21st.
This will be the start of the Advent promo. From then, this mini will be available to order

Definitely a good expansion, one of those minor ones I'll likely include often during a game. It adds tension to fights for cities, that is very fun (contrary to fighting for fields, that is stressful and bad for your health

)
