I'm interested in receiving information where you can play a tournament of Carcassonne .
either well , a qualifier or tournament open registry .
step I take to visit another country and spend a few days holiday

This is a great idea. I think the tournaments are posted in the NEws And Events sub-forum. However a standing list would be great. It could be on http://www.boardgamegeek.com/. It's merely a thread here then it would be more difficult to maintain. Putting it on BGG would be more of a service to the wider community. I like this idea too, and whilst it's true that some of the larger championships (that we're aware of) have their own threads in News and Events, we also have a shared calendar which might be a good place to record these (or at least, the knowledge that they are taking place) in addition to this.

Since this would (presumably) be a Carcassonne Central initiative, I think it makes sense to keep any information we've compiled at Carcassonne Central as not everyone here is a member of BGG (or is able to find anything there even if they are).

I am always really impressed (sarcasm) by the way the local TV news shows report on these events just after they have taken place.

I guess there is no photo opportunity advantage for them before the event but it serves to fill up 5 minutes on the Sunday evening newscast for them.
