you are right, that's maybe too powerful. May I suggest a sightly different version:the giant helps a meeple cross the outer wall of the city, and therefore the meeple has direct access to the city.This means when you add a "giant" tile to a city you can place one of your meeples on the city segment EVEN IF the city is already occupied.

I'm pretty sure his answer will be no.The tiles are made personally for the people who were there. Without having their explicit permission, I'm pretty sure he won't send the images out to others, and I doubt he'll reach out to all of them He might share how many were made, and we could try to ask on (public) fora if people would like to share theirs?
