No, I've got 1 open copy of BB7 (German one), and the rest stays in seal, no plans to open them. For the ZMG version, I've heard it from multiple people that this has the squarer corners, so I'm happy with that knowledge and don't feel the urge (yet  ) to open mine

That is a tile from the 9th expansion, Hills&Sheep.
When you draw such tile with a hill on it, you have to draw another tile and place it (without looking at it) upside down, underneath this tile
You place it on the landscape as per the usual rules.
If there is a draw in majority for a feature, if you have a meeple om that feature that's on a hill tile, it breaks the draw

Yeah, they usually have the English titles on all boxes
As the release these boxes is Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the descriptions and rules are in 3 languages. It's then easier to keep the title simple, and to my understanding, English is well spoken in all those countries.

Unfortunately, there are some pretty decent fake versions out there of the Winter Edition. Not too many, but they do exist.
With the C2 base game it's easier to spot, as the box has darker, oversaturated colours, and the tiles are darker too.
For the fake Winter Edition, i'm not sure. I believe the box is also fairly dark in colour for the fake ones. This one looks ok, but it could be the lighting on the pictures.
I do seem to remember once seeing/hearing that the fake one doesn't have tiles in frames, but as yours was second hand anyway, that can't be checked.
How to the tiles look? Any print quality that stands out?

Delivery of Nordic boxes today!  This completes my Nordic C2 set, and with the Nordic Dice Game, that set is getting very close to being completed

It's disappointing to hear Z-man isn't consistent. I suspect this is because the Zman 20thC was printed in the Netherlands, but I don't know where the big box was printed, it should say on the back near the barcode.
My ZMG BB7 was also printed in the Netherlands. Haven't opened it, so don't know the tile cut from it. But yes, it seems it can depend on where certain things were printed. It feels like a similar discussion as the shades of green we saw in C1. There it was also not always consistent within releases from the same publisher. I don't think publishers see it as a feature of some sorts, as it has been inconsistent before. It seems that the more rounded corners started in 2019/2020 (with the Russian releases as exception), and I do believe it depends on printing location/batch

I would argue that the rounding of the corners is not necessarily part of the artstyle (C1, C2.0, C2.1, Carc20, C3). I say this because it has not been consistent between different publishers since late C2.1 releases.
Most C2.1 releases have fairly square corners, and most C3 releases have more rounded corners, but for example I have a 2019 ZMG English C2.1 game with rounded corners, and as you mentioned, the latest BB7 ZMG has the squarer corners.
The Czech/Slovak/Polish release of BB7 also has square corners I heard (I haven't opened mine).
It has more to do with where the game was printed, which can differ between publishers. Unfortunately it can lead to the corners not exactly matching between games you have.

Got a big parcel in today! 8kg's from France! Unsurprisingly, it was full of Carcassonne!  A bunch of french C1 boxes, 2 big boxes, some minis; all great stuff! And also a box for the Zeldassonne, a blank box for my download C1 winter edition, a copy of Smoula's Simpssonne and a copy of Alefgard (a reskin based on the Dragon Quest games) It also included a bunch of fan-expansions, including the big highwayman! So much to unpack!

I visited my family over the weekend, and with that I usually get to pick up some bits that got delivered there! As was also this time, primarily Bulgarian releases!  I've been in contact with the Bulgarian publisher, Fantasmarogia, and they were very helpful in sorting out a big parcel to come my way! BB6, 7 large expansions and 3 spin offs! Basically all they had currently in stock, apart from a few bits I already had And the C3 base game in Dutch, which was recently released. I also got a copy of Expansion 3 in Dutch, which is a C2 box, with C2 tiles, but with the C3 logo and the C3 base game showing on the back of the box.... I've asked the Dutch publisher 999 Games about more info, but let's see what they say! And I came across a sealed Japanese Buildings, so picked that up because why not hahaha
