I don't like them mismatched, but a winter version of the logo would be good for towards the end of the year when Z-Man publishes the Winter Edition.

I switched over the favicon, Apple touch icon, and Facebook profile picture to match the new logo. The yellow C stands out better.

You may have noticed a very slight change to the Carcassonne Central logo at the top of each page. The difference between the two words was bugging me, so now they are much more similar. I have also updated the rules templates with the new logo: http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=184

Ah ok, everything has been sorted out already then. Just need to update the CAR and re-educate the players.

If the flyer is allowed to land outside the walls, then the rulings about what is allowed on the city tiles needs to be revised so that the dragon, towers, magic portal, etc. can also interact with those tiles provided they only affect the area outside the wall.

Fields go under bridges.

I don't think the Flyer should be allowed to land in places where he is safe from the Dragon, Tower, etc.

Official Rules / Re: More CAR for spin-offs?

I took a look around BGG, and people are definitely asking questions about the spin-offs. Most of the games have 4 pages of questions in the rules sub-forum. Some of the questions seemed unusually easy, but I haven't examined the rules to see whether it's actually not clear enough. Some things are probably obvious to me only because I know.

That's a definite improvement over what we had in v6.2 8)

If we start including things like stickers, we'll have to add cookie cutters, pillows, coffee mugs... Already busy enough with the actual expansions.

Maybe it IS a Magic Eye and I saw something you didn't... J/k, but it would be neat if it was.

I was thinking this morning maybe it is possible to modify the box image for CK&C to make it English. I have the font. I also thought about making box images for those that didn't come in a box. Going to investigate this after work.

My intention was not to suggest having duplicates. Although things have been released more than once in several combinations, I don't consider them to be separate/different.

English box covers are better, if they exist, but I dislike the phrase "we should try to include all the Rio Grande versions". We need to include every expansion that has been released, regardless of who released it. We're not providing a compilation of the English rules, we're providing an annotated English translation of the original German rules. I wish Jay at Rio Grande all the best, but Z-Man Games is the publisher now and our contact with them is much better than it was with Jay.

I agree with whaleyland; although yours is more complete, it feels unfinished. I like the background on the current one.
