Good luck to all participants! I'm curious, how do these kind of tournaments get played? Only the 72 tiles from the base game and nothing else, 1 vs 1? C1, C2 or C3?

Most tournaments are base game only. No river, no abbot.
I heard that last year, in Belgium it was played with C1, although in NL it is done with C2.
What is a bit unique at the Dutch and Belgian championships, is that the first few rounds are 4-player games, before switching to 1-1 for the top 16
