Title: First 2 expansions out of print in U.S.?

I just purchased the 20th Anniversary edition and was looking to add the first two expansions.  It appears that the first two expansions are out of print in the United States.  I do see them on Amazon UK.  Is there any information as to when they might be in print again?

Both Inns & Cathedrals and Traders & Builders show up for me (in Philadelphia) as in stock and arriving by Friday on Amazon Prime:
