it works on my phone but it' doesn't from my laptop :o but I use it always from my laptop :o

What is it the full URL you are trying (http vs https, www.wikicarpedia.com vs. wikicarpedia.com? Maybe something odd got cached on your laptop...
I tried several combinations from my laptop and I had no issues...

if I write www.wikicarpedia.com it becomes automatically wikicarpedia.com

Sinscerly configured the domain in order to redirect http to https and remove www if prepended to the domain. Any combination should work fine.
Did you try anything like this to solve the issue?

It's problem when you add www.wikicarpedia.com
In Chrome I got this error (see attachment) - web page https://www.wikicarpedia.com not reachable (I don't know english keyword)
When ju add http://www.wikicarpedia.com/ it is redirected to https://wikicarpedia.com
Why I got this error.
Current Chrome (and all other browsers based on Chromium), try to open given address as domain name in our situation "www.wikicarpedia.com" on https protocol to open page sucurelly.
That server with wikicarpedia not reasponse with this address on https you got this error that "https://www.wikicarpedia.com/" is not blablablah
Conclusion:
Need to update web server configuration to response also on https://www.wikicarpedia.com/ with redirect to https://wikicarpedia.com/

I tried to flushinng the dns like you told me before, but now it doesn't work! I really don't understand
and this time it doesn't works also from my gsm

I just saw your post. Tested from my mobile (Samsung browser and Chrome) and have no issues.
What error do you get? Using Chrome only?

Hi. I can't connect to https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/Main_Page ("This site can’t be reached"). Is seems to be a global issue (https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/wikicarpedia.com?proto=https).

Seemed to be down for 2h 23min, our hoster did had some network issues I guess. The VPS was running smooth, although had neither in or outside a connection.
