Hi,

I'm looking for the only official expansions and promo tiles I'm missing (old or new art style):

 - Solovei Razboynik and Vodyanoy (russian promo)
 - Darmstadt promo
 - Spiel 2015, Essen promo
 - Word Cup 2014

If anyone is willing to sell one of those...

Good luck, those are hard to find ;-)
I'm also still searching for Solovei Razboynik and Vodyanoy, the only ones I'm missing. But I had to wait for months before getting the Darmstadt, spiel 2014 and spiel 2015 tiles.

ebay.de amazon in different countries (.de .gb...)

I have no other clue.

Just keep in mind World cup 2014 is a fan-made tile.

I guess the best place to find is here (https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/). with the usage of deepl.com it will work, but you have to be fast, because like the others already told you they are very rare.
Especially the Russian promos, which are only 2 tiles out of a 4 tiles which were published 2016. Of course the other 2 are identical with the 2 promos of 2013, but have a different green.
