Hey guys!

Does anyone know how the Spiel 16 tile works? Maybe I'm just sleepy but can't see exactly what it is. Is it the inside part of a city?

It's a promo tile... nothing more, no expecial rules... but is beautiful!

Shoot, I still need to get my hands on this. Any suggestions anybody? I haven't been collecting Carc II stuff, but these tiles have been my one exception.

Thank you! Looks like the Watchtowers magically appeared in my cart as well. Not sure how those got in there.
