Taking this away from the other thread here's my 7 Wonders collection so far. I've still got a number of boards to finish but it will run to somewhere between 80 - 90 in total with the matching selection cards. All of the official expansions and a nice box to store them in. I exaggerated the box is around twice the size of the big box :)
Hope you enjoy.

Oh nice you created a lot of fan expansions isnt it?
-
Look at the wonderful wonderful boxes!
It makes me want to play 90wonders now! How many decks would someone need!
-
The decks are in the tuck boxes.... erm all six of them goodness knows how it would play with 20 plus people. One day I'll invite as many as I can around for an epic game followed by an epic of Carc. Yup that would be a day of gaming! :)

Squiffything, that collection is a wonder in itself ;D

Having a proper look on my laptop this morning, the custom wonders look particularly well printed - what printer do you use? Do you mount them up afterwards? Or is that the mystery of Squiffy's Wonder..no one knows how he built it :(y) :(y)

After I saw Collioure (was born right next) I was like :o, I need this expansion, didn't know it existed !
But then I saw all the others and I realised it was fan-made, but what a great job in general !

No mystery Decar,
I work in an office that has a big old Toshiba photocopier/printer/scanner which produces a good copy finish. I use A4 printer labels (usually Avery) which adhere very well. The boards are made from Artist thick brown card stock which matches the thickness of the original 7 Wonders boards and also the tile thickness of the Carc. tiles. All printing done during my lunch breaks so it took some time. We have a couple of very good guillotines in the office which have followed me home once or twice of an evening for some chopping duties. Final trimming is with a knife that takes a Stanley blade along the edge of a metal ruler.
I am going to order a few sheets of blank Carc tiles to use for my next batch of expansions.

That explains it! It does seems to have a particularly good finish.
I've printed on labels to make Carcassonne tiles and definitely far easier than messing with glue.
I've just got something to make the process a little easier, which I hope to be testing this weekend though!
I'm after a good guillotine, the one I have is a little hit and miss -- sharp but hard to line up!
