(WTS) Base game with river and stone edition scoring track

I just picked by a RGG version of the base game with the stone edition scoring track. It is the first time that I have seen one. Is it particularly rare?

Moderately, I believe it was changed around 2004-5 to the version most people know.

The tiles look pristine, possibly unplayed, although they have been punched out of their cardboard lattices.

The box has minor scuff marks on each of the corners.

It is a Rio Grande Games edition box.
