[Q1] In 3. Score points, the rules say: "If several features with the same betting chips involved are being scored within the same turn, the player whose turn it is decides which feature the chips are being scored for". If a similar situation happens at the end of the game (e.g. two incomplete cities share a betting office with bets), who makes this decision for the final scoring? Note that players may not reach an agreement by themselves due to opposed interests.
[A1] In this case, each player decides for themselves in the final scoring.
During the final scoring, each player scores their remaining bets individually. If a bet is applicable to more than one road and/or city, the player will choose one of those features on their own (no collective decision is made per betting office in this case).
