Interesting how last year the Spiel '21 tiles sold out within a few hours of release, yet this year they are still available a few days after launch and the supply doesn't seem to have been impacted at all by the second game fair a few weeks back. This suggests to me that Hans im Gluck has finally increased the print runs of these rare and highly-sought annual tiles.
On a personal note, now I'm a little bitter that I had to wake up at 5:00 am on Saturday when I could have just ordered them when I woke up. At least I will retain a complete set of Spiel '22 tiles, even if my credit card bill is crying from the purchase.

Finally ordered everything from the past several months! I can breathe a sigh of relief that they still had the Ukraine stuff in stock. The only thing I wasn’t able to order was a set of 50/100 tiles in the current art style. I wanted to get it for my 20th Anniversary Edition, but they’re out of stock for some reason.
Because I bought two maps and Mists, my shipping was always going to be in the €50+ category, so I got as much as was reasonable. Total order was $140 USD, so quite a haul. Hopefully I don’t need to order anything from them again until next year.

You forgot the Little Buildings!
There are also several elements within expansions that can be used without tiles, such as most of the wooden figures (Big Meeples, Builders, Pigs, Mayors, Wagons, Shepherds) and the King and Robber Baron.

And for those of us too lazy for Google Translate: “Starting November 18th, you will have the chance to receive a 2022 Essen tile through us.”

Considering they ran out after only a few hours last year, I’m definitely worried they’ll run out. I’m 11 hours removed from Germany so they are quite liable to launch the Advent event in the middle of the night here. Hopefully they give us a good estimate regarding when it starts.

It costs just under €60 to ship a map to New Zealand regardless of what else is in the package, so I am waiting until December's Advent event to order everything. I've got two maps to order (Taiwan and Ukraine), the English Mists of Carcassonne (if it's back in stock), the Ukraine tile, The Bets, and a number of random meeples, scoring tiles, scoring flags, etc. As long as at least one map is in the order, the shipping price doesn't change for me, which is why it makes sense to order them all together. My only real concern is that the Ukraine tile will be out of stock or that something else I want to order will be gone by then (it happens almost every year).

Hopefully this is all just part of the process. I’ll keep refreshing during the day. Hopefully they’ll add the 2022 tile at the same time the rest go live. The Ukraine map and Mists are available though
The English version of Mists: is that the Z-Man Games version or is it a special Hans im Glück English version?

The release date has now been removed from the Ukraine tiles listing but it’s still not available.

8:35 am – CundCo staff must be having a sleeping in. I've been refreshing the page since their midnight but to no avail. Although in a funny twist, there was a glitch a few days ago and I was able to add the Bets expansion to my cart.

If they aint available anymore when the spiel 22 tile is out, i will send you the Oekraïne tile if you still need one, @Whaleyland . I got one extra from @Linksux he went to essen.
Thank you for the lifeboat, The Edge. It is greatly appreciated. I hope, like we all do, that the Oekraïne tile is not actually limited and it doesn't come down to that, but I will let you know if it does. As it stands, I can't justify two CundCo orders per year. Shipping alone makes it untenable.

Pretty much shipping anything more than a few small items to New Zealand is €58, so I'm going too make the most of it. I'm planning on ordering the Taiwan and Ukraine Maps, and the English version of Mists Over Carcassonne, as well as the new mini expansion, the two promo tiles, and several other random things that I haven't picked up yet. I just hope that the Ukraine tile is still available when the Spiel '22 tile becomes available. Did anyone at Spielfest find out when the Spiel tile will be available online?

Willem, I assume your haul means that people are allowed to buy multiple Ukraine tiles? Will there be enough for Cundco!? I have yet to miss an exclusive tile from Hans im Glück (though I will forever regret not getting the third and fourth Russia promos).

Good question, the 2021 promo tile was for sale the 29th of november at the CundCo store.
Two years ago, though, they were available in late October.

It's usually just my spouse and me, and we almost always play with expansions. When I get a chance to play at work, it's super variable and can range from 2 to 5 players depending on who's around at lunch. We have Big Box 6 at work, but rarely use the expansions. I did throw a spare set of Monasteries and Halflings in the box and we occasionally play with The River, but most of the other expansions just sit there because we usually only have about 45 minutes to play—extra tiles mean extra time.
