Hi,

Today on the Polish local auction side I have found the following item related to Carcassonne:

The description says that it is in German. Does anybody recognize what this is?

That one is known as the Tchibo edition.
It is a large tin box, with both Carcassonne and the game El Grande in it.
I believe it's from 2007

And to add;
Tchibo refers to the company that made it, and it was only released on Germany.
I believe it has the grey 50 point scoretrack, but as mine is still sealed, Im not 100% sure off the top of my head om that

The game includes a green 50 point counter. I know it 100%! Here is a photo...
