If you look at the English Rules on Cundco.de (https://cundco.de/media/pdf/f8/71/d8/EN_Ultimate-Railroads_Rulebook-v2_EN_web.pdf) (German) website, you can see a major graphic error on page 9, but not on ZMAN Games (https://images.zmangames.com/filer_public/82/04/82048553-8cfe-49aa-9c39-6140da56f00f/ultimate_railroads_rulebook-v2_en.pdf) (English) website. Maybe the USA release could possibly not have this one issue once it is finally released in the USA, estimated July 31. I sent a message to Hans Im Gluck on BGG, so hopefully this will be fixed on their website as they can copy the file from ZMAN.

The English version is out in the UK. Not sure if @danisthirty , @Decar or @Rich_The_Fish have opened theirs to check the rules?

My copy is currently with Rich. Not sure if he or Tom have opened theirs?

It’s a shame that there are so many errors in both the version 1 & 2 of the rules. I hope everyone enjoys the version 3 Zen and I worked together on with a little help from others in the community. Zen is better at creating smaller files for pdf’s so he made the final files. If you notice, Zen created a version with an alternate cover.
