Question about fortress and fields

Hello,
According to the following image: does the fortress end the field at the top with the river? or does the narrow passage between the fortress and the river allows to make the link with the field on the right and left?

@anadyr73: The narrow passage between the castle (fortress) and the river does allow to make the link with the field on the right and left. Castle tokens do not change the way fields are separated. See the attached image.
