Hey folks - I have been gathering more Carcassonne tiles to try & compete the collection - I have these & have totally forgotten what they are - can anyone tell me please?

Specifically, the River II from Count, King & Cult, which you can tell from the crown watermarks. The original stand-alone version of this expansion did not have watermarks.

I was puzzled by that watermark, but didn't google it. After @Whaleyland's answer here, I decided to google it, and found a post on Board Game Geek by @Whaleyland in 2010:
