Pretty interesting idea  I like it Just a thought here about art: What if we look for one freelance artist that is willing to help us with all 72 tiles in BGG or Fiverr. Each forum member involved in the project will designs the tile layout (including some crazy stuff), and each forum member actually pay the artist for their tile. Some artist online can charge between 10 to 30 USD per one high resolution illustration. The more crazy tile design is, the more expensive it will be, obviously. I think a project like this can be a around 600 to 1000 USD for an freelancer artist (with no commercial rights and weird stuff like that), and considering that a lot of graphical components will be repeated (walls, basic roads, trees, grass) could make the process more cost efficient. I know that managing this can be a total nightmare, but...

Thanks for sharing the news Meepledrone! There is still confusion in my mind. I know that any change may be very interesting for some fans but hated by others. That is totally normal, I think, like the green "issue" some years ago, just to mention one example. However, the badly cut cities detail certainly decreases the aesthetic of the game itself. Even people at HiG considered some months ago, that the badly cut cities was a production problem when I contacted them when Pleasant revolts mini was launched. I know this detail does not undermine all the cool new stuff presented in this release (seriously, I love the new river double tile!), but why they cut it in that way? is it easy to produce if they cut houses in half? I can see that I am not the only one that complains about this, even Benny in the last post shared by Meepledrone mentioned this, and there is some complains about this in this forum. Are you, fans, happy with this? Maybe this is our new green dichotomy! I don't know hehehehe Stay safe!

When I read that, I thought that was something like this: https://www.primoprint.com/blog/what-is-spot-uv-printing-2/Marks with different gloss levels. I found pretty interesting examples when I googled "uv spot business cards" Nevertheless, I am not sure if that is what they call UV-printing.

Yeah those tiles look pretty nice, I want to see the new details in River 4  I hope ZMan will be able to distribute it in the U.S. About new cutting issues, I think those are minor issues that do not diminish the work of all people involved in HiG. BTW, after talking with Freddy and Johannes, they let me know that people in HiG are aware of those issues and they are discussing about them.

Apparently our Iranian friends are producing another Carcassonne remake. Today I found on Instagram this version: قلعهرودخان (Roodkhan Castle)  https://www.instagram.com/p/CJplDZdA4Tb/https://www.instagram.com/p/CGKcHaKBDVS/They put some good effort remaking all the art and trying to put some local context, it is remarkable. However, I must agree that it is not a good practice to use the ideas of others to generate revenue. Apparently it is available at least in one store, I can imagine it is impossible to buy something in Iran from the U.S. ) I think HiG should start to make business there in Iran!

My case with Q17 was worst, I got the right score (Same as Meepledrone reports) but apparently something in my explanation makes my answer invalid  that mini expansion is tricky happy to see how it goes in the following questions hehe
