Sorry for the spam. I'd like to put a post here so that anyone passing through who isn't logged in can see the news on the Recent Posts section on the main page.

Carcassonne Central will be holding a 'Welcome' tournament very soon to encourage new members to join the forum and get used to playing online and arranging challenges. The only caveat for joining is that you have not played in a tournament here before. If you're not a member of the forum you can sign up and get some more information from the League Forum:

I've updated the main thread with a first proposal.

We'll have 2 rounds:

1) 2-player game - BASIC - everyone plays everyone
2) 3/4-player games - BASIC+Rivers

I've never taken part in any tournaments before but this sounds like fun. I'm quite new to the forums too. What do I have to do to join in?
