I am glad you finally got around all the rules misunderstandings/misreadings - haha - who knows, maybe not all yet  ;)
I knew this would be the biggest issue...

Maybe we need to write completely new rules for the WICA ... so that people who consult the WICA get a chance to do it right from the beginning...
