First of all, thank you @Meepledrone so much for organizing Advent Quiz again! It's truly a fantastic tradition, and I am always looking forward to it every year.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to answer the questions daily this time, so I had to tackle all of them last minute, working on them until the early hours of today's morning.
As you can imagine, this led to quite a few mistakes which clicked on me like a time bomb after the deadline. Oh well, lesson learned for next year!

Question 20
When @Bumsakalaka informed me that the newest at the time question included fan expansions, I felt unease at first. I was literally speachles for a moment, as that was something I was not expecting to happen. But when I've seen it, how densly packed it is, the negative points, I only imagined what people unfamiliar with them must feel.
Maybe next year fan-expansions will be mixed into easier questions and without grinch's heavy mischiefs
Now that I know for sure I’ve made some errors in this question, I’m bracing myself for the negative points that are sure to come my way.
It already feels embarrassing to see results, but that relates to part of Carcassonne's beauty while playing in person (unfortunately not present during online play), when "hold on, what are you doing?" or "wait wait wait, can't you see?" comes out during inproper scoring or overlooking something.

I truly appreciate the effort and time put into this event. It’s always a pleasure to participate, and it keeps the spirit of Carcassonne alive in such a fun and engaging way.

Looking forward to next year’s quiz already! And I know for sure I will need to answer daily, no matter what, and dedicate last days of a year to verify the answers like I've done in past years.

Question #1: The Gingerbread Man places this tile on behalf of Yellow and asks you to answer the following questions:
a) How many points does each player score? (1 point)
b) How many goods tokens will have each player after this turn? (1 point)
c) If this was the last turn, how many points would earn each player with their goods tokens? (1 point)

Notes:
* This question only uses normal meeples. No large meeples were used.
* No meeple is placed on the tile.

Answer #01: By placing this tile, Yellow completes two features:
* A city occupied by Blue and Yellow, who share the majority with one normal meeple each. This city is worth 14 points ( (6 tiles + 1 coat of arms) x 2 points = 7 x 2 points) and both players score points for it.
* A city occupied by Red worth 8 points (4 tiles x 2 points). The player scores points for it.

Only Yellow will receive the goods tokens depicted in both cities for completing them with this tile placement. As a result:
* Blue will end up with 2 grain and 1 wine tokens (no change)
* Red will end up with 1 cloth and 2 wine tokens (no change)
* Yellow will receive 1 cloth, 1 grain and 2 wine tokens. As a result, the player will end up with 1 cloth, 1 grain and 3 wine tokens.

At the end of the game, the scoring of trade goods is as follows:
* Cloth: Red and Yellow receive 10 points each. They are tied with 1 cloth token each. Blue has no cloth tokens, so the player scores no points in this case.
* Grain: Blue receives 10 points for their 2 grain tokens, since the player wins over Yellow with 1 grain token and Red with none.
* Wine: Yellow receives 10 points for their 3 wine tokens, winning over Red with 2 wine tokens and Blue with 1 wine token.
Therefore:
* Blue receives 10 points for their grain tokens
* Red receives 10 points for their cloth tokens
* Yellow receives 20 points for their cloth and wine tokens (10 + 10 points)

Bottomline: The answer to the questions is as follows:
a) Scoring for the completed cities:
* Blue scores 14 points
* Red scores 8 points
* Yellow scores 14 points
b) The players will end up with the following goods tokens:
* Blue will end up with 3 goods tokens  (2 grain, 1 wine)
* Red will end up with 3 good tokens (1 cloth, 2 wine)
* Yellow will end up with 5 goods tokens (1 cloth, 1 grain, 3 wine)
c) The final scoring for the goods tokens is as follows:
* Blue receives 10 points
* Red receives 10 points
* Yellow receives 20 points

well, the bliss only lasted one question I believe.... they did not know what they were entering into.....

Question #2: The Snowman places this abbey tile on behalf of Yellow. How many points does each player taking into account the scoring tiles? (1 point)

Notes:
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #2: The abbey tile placement completes the following features:

* The road occupied by Blue, that is worth 8 points due to the Street Fair scoring tile ( 4 tiles x 2 points per tile )

* The city occupied by Black, that is worth 2 points (1 tiles x 2 points)

* The city occupied by Red, which is worth 6 points (3 tiles x 2 points). Note the player can score this points because the Citizen's Jury scoring tile grants the player 1 majority vote, even if there are no coats of arms in this city. Therefore, Red scores 6 points for the city.

* The city occupied by Blue and Yellow, that is worth 20 points ( (6 tiles + 4 coats of arms) x 2 points = 10 x 2 points). Note that both players score for the city since the Citizen's Jury scoring tile overrides their actual majority votes (4 votes for Blue'mayor with 4 coats in the city, and 1 vote for Yellow's normal meeple), so both players share the majority and score 20 points.

* The abbey, occupied by Yellow. The player will score 1 point for it due to the Hermit Monastery scoring tile (9 points for the abbey - (8 tiles surrounding with city segments x 1 point) = 9 - 8 points).

Notes:
* The abbey tile closes the edges of the features bordering it: it will close an adjacent road or city edge.
* An abbey may complete an adjacent city but it is not part of it. So, in this case, there are 3 separate cities, not one including and abbey.   

Bottomline: 
* Black scores 2 points
* Blue scores 28 points (8 points for the road + 20 points for the city)
* Red scores 6 points
* Yellow scores 21 points (20 points for the city + 1 point for the abbey)
