Abbot scoring

You place a tile to finish the feature that your wagon is on, you have the choice of removing your Wagon or moving it to an adjacent feature. You move to the adjacent feature. Does this count as your move or can you score your Abbot at this time?

Tile placement is in phase 1. Placing a tile
Abbot scoring is in phase 2. Placing a meeple
Scoring phase with wagon is in phase 3. Scoring a feature
And movrlement of wagon is also in phase 3 after scoring.
Here  ypu have two options
1. to move qagpn to any uncomplered unccupied feature according to wagon rules and edition C1 or C2
2. return wagon to ypur supply.

So simplyfied answer is: Yes you can, but in this order.

Just one awarenest: you can not score Abbot in phase 2 if you finished festure with that Abbot by currently placed tile.

This is important for some other expansions, like Dragpn from  Exp 3 The Princess and the Dragpn.
