Weird scoreboard from 0 to 70

I found on Vinted a version of the base game with a weird scoreboard, that doesn't loop at 50 but starts at 0 and stops at 70. From the writings I think it's dutch. Is this some special edition? Couldn't find any info on Wikicarpedia at the Collections_and_Expansions page.

This is the first edition of the game (2000), which featured a 70-pt scoreboard.

This scoretrack was only included in the first editions in German, Dutch and English. It can be a rare find, and often go for a relatively high price (compared to a "normal" base game).
This is indeed a Dutch version, which are usually a bit easier to find.
