b) Color: The meeple color (Blue, Red or Yellow)
c) Feature: Its location (Castle, Monastery or City)

Hints:
1. The normal meeple seemed red to Chanchito.
2. The mayor didn't suspect the meeple with a blue-ish color.
3. The phantom was trying to be discreet in the city.
4. There was no yellow meeple placed on the monastery.
5. Chanchito found the last clue in a place where the dragon cannot visit.
