It is licensed by HiG... It seems to be the result of one of the visits of Moritz Brunnhofer to Taiwan as commented here:

HiG haven't disclosed if they are going to sell it on Cundco. Smiling Monster, the Swan Panasia distributor based in Germany had no plans either. I asked them both before starting with the bulk orders. We re completely in the dark for the time being.

Mine arrived Thursday, I just got around to opening today though so my apologies. Thank you Allograft! Now to look into storage for this bad boy and hopefully pick up the other maps at some point.
