... You could say a similar thing about Little Buildings.
Little Buildings doesn't have anywhere written that it's edition-indipendent so you can certainly say the same about it but it's not as bad as: - The Phantom (1st edition)
- this expansion is completely edition independent
that makes sense only if you extinguish every glimmer of rational thought

Well it was certainly a deep and detailed discussion, I look forward to engaging with you again

I noticed in the homepage there are 3 different points of access for this magnificient lifesaver of a tool, one for every edition, but they all bring to the exact same form, with the only difference being the fact that one of the versions is already selected in the "Filters" tab, and it's unselectable. Why just not providing one single link instead of three, and let the people select what they want on the spot? I personally find the pre-selection useful but also annoying in soem cases and it would be more friendly to new users. Basically what I'm proposing is to change the homepage link to this and open the selector form always like this and let the user select what he wants. I hope I explained myself good. What do you think?

Isn't still a little bit weird that the expansion is described as "completely edition independent" but then it's linked to C1 only? I mean, in the wiki, regardless of what HiG may or may not have said.
The fact that the expansion has been described as "edition-independent" automatically links it to C2, C3 and any other possible future edition, even without a HiG official delegate esplicitly stating what's already obvious by context. IMO, of course.

Ooops! This is a temporary file to build other bridges... It is not meant to be printed...
I thought it was a way to allow bridges to end on a field

Those crazy tiles either are distributed at the beginning of the game or they are using a proxy regular tile shuffled with the others. If you daw the proxy tile, you get the associated crazy tile and place it...
Another possibility is, they are available to everyone for a price. Like, there are 6 tiles like this and any player can decide to "buy" one for N points and place it. But most likely they will be distributed at the beginning like for the german castles

Photo of final landscape?
Here it is: The completion of the big city was ruined by red by placing the CCFF on the right. At the time only one CCCF tile was remaining in the game. When Black - who was open to a friendly 3-3 tie for the city but was absolutely NOT open to keep fighting for it - drew it, he placed it somewhere else, dooming the city to an everlasting uncomplete status.

Game started and a huge, stubborn war for a road immediately broke out, helped by bridges and flying machines. In the end, Red and Black tied, 15 points each so there were no winners and no losers, and the battle moved to the nearest growing city... On a serious note, happenings like this increasingly convince me that street segments should be counted, not tiles. This was also the first time we tried out a new way to manage baazars in 2-players game: - Player A draws a bazaar tile, he completes his turn normally, then draws another tile keeping it face down
- Player B also draws a tile, also keeping it face down
- Player A can either play the newly drawn tile or decide to switch tiles with Player B
- Player B has the ability to block the switch by paying 4 points
It worked well, way better than our previous method, involving a Whatsapp chat, well timed bidding and convoluted subrules in case of identical offers In the end, a very funny game. Final result: Black 144 - 114 Red

Good luck to all participants! I'm curious, how do these kind of tournaments get played? Only the 72 tiles from the base game and nothing else, 1 vs 1? C1, C2 or C3?

What do you mean by "half bridge"?
I mean the half bridge model contained in the Half_Bridge_v1.stl file you provided

Thank you! May I ask a question? Who has the rights to define "official" rules? Isn't Cundco just an online shop that mostly but not exclusively sell carcassonne stuff? Why can they "decide" the rules? Please, I'm not being judgmental or bitter, I am genuinely curious about who has the ultimate rights to speak the "Word of God" in Carcassonne

I have to say the halloween expansion didn't click good with me so a mini expansion for it is not on top of my wishlist, but those weird shaped tiles... GIMME!

However, other expansions such as the 20th Anniversay Expansion defines a limit -you can only add one meeple to an existing one with this mechanic.
* 20th Anniversary Expansion: https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/20th_Anniversary_Expansion#2._Placing_a_meeple
From the wording of the rules (You are allowed to add your meeple next to any of your previously-placed meeples in the playing area, so there will be 2 (there can be a maximum of 2 meeples at a time).), I understand that if you have 2 meeples side-by-side due a crop circle, you cannot add a third meeple with an "Add a meeple" arrow.
From want I understood, you can. You can add an unlimited number of meeples on a feature, but only a maximum of 1 by using the 20th Anniversary arrow action. But I'm not really sure.
