Offering suggestions is encouraged by the rules, but I’m struggling to understand how it becomes unfair when you know what the tile is in advance. Typically the unfairness argument is that it prevents other players from being able to draw that tile.

I haven’t seen anyone convert anything to C3 yet. There are some conversions between C1 and C2 over on the German and Czech forums.

I would suggest a round limit, so that each player gets an equal number of turns, and full potential access to every tile.

It's showing in-stock at BoardGameBliss in Ontario, Canada. I sent an email to Asmodee USA yesterday and was told that a release date has not been set yet. Asmodee Canada also reports not in stock yet. I'm guessing whatever copies exist in North America must have been imported by the retailers from the UK. No idea why it's taking so long; from what I was told, the container shipped months ago and should have arrived by now.

I feel it worth noting that you don't need to play with everything in one game. You can also do different combinations of expansions with the same group of people to keep things fresh and interesting.

MegaCarc is about more than just placing tiles too. With more expansions comes more expansion interactions, and scoring gets more complicated.

I'm not familiar with Soccer Field Equipment Shop, but I have to wonder why they would be selling BGG promos... seems fishy. You can see the tiles from the GQ promo here: https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/Games_Quarterly_11_(1st_edition)#Tile_distributionThat 20th anniversary spring does split the farms into three, which is unique to that tile. It's definitely better to wait on anything you're not comfortable with. I got impatient for certain things and have overpaid a few times.
