Hi, I need your help.
I have this box

Inside I have these tiles

Recently I received, with the Nordic Map (3.0?) a new set of tiles.
These are the same of above mentioned?

Now, I can’t really understand the different versions. The tiles in the box are C? And the Tiles that arrived with the Map are C?
Any help? Thanks.

The tiles with the map is the C2 version. The map is C3. Mix stuff.

The Big Box 2017 is C2. And the other is C3 stuff but 20th anniversary version.

Yes, the Map bundle includes C3 maps (as you can tell from the styling of the Carcassone legend and the printed tiles in the map - cities overflown with buildings) but the tile sheets included are C2.1. Quite an irony!
It seems HiG are getting rid of their old C2 base games to make room for the new C3 base games to come.
So far we were playing C2 maps with the newest C3 tiles... Now they are selling C3 maps bundled with C2 tiles... :o

Looks like they had some old stock of C2.1 base games that they can't do anything with now it's all C3. They also had a base game set of tiles in the advent pack last December, and then now again in this bundle. It's a bit weird to bundle it with C3 maps, but it was mentioned in the bundle description (although not really clearly)
It is good feedback to HiG, to be clearer with it for next time

C2 or C2.1? This is the set bundled with the Nordic Map.

C2.1. The original Carcassonne 2.0 release had much darker Cities. They were corrected not long after the first couple expansions were released in the new art.

Do you have any examples of C2 releases so that I can check my collection? I own every large, mini and small of them. Thanks.
