Ecently HiG has been providing some sneak peaks of their work in progress and new releases on Facebook and Instagram:
* Transparent and Frozen guard meeples (no news about wooden ones in other colors)
* Transparent ghosts
* An expansion about "wonders of the world" with Tetris-like mega tiles
* A possible expnsion for Mists over Carcassonne
* An insert for the base game box that serves as a vertical starting setup
And today they announced a Carcassonne Maps - Nordics... The first with C3 printed tiles and font from HiG.

The meeples, ghosts and the Map will be available on Cundco on April 28th.... We don't know about the rest... Fingers crossed. ^-^

The text of the Map announcement...
Introducing the new Nordics map.
The new Nordics map is in focus on the roads. Expand them, match the color markers and earn more points! You can earn up to 4 points per road tile.
How exactly?

Little tip, wait until 04/28 - we are currently preparing a Mapbundle for you. More info will follow!

Me too. Not re-buying first nine because the artwork on tiles showing cities is a little different. If they correct the 3 spelling errors on the US West map, I might consider that one!

When do you watch that video on Instagram, promoting maps bundle, it's look like at least one map is not in C3 and uses original Carcassonne Maps C2 style logo.
And also 72 tiles in bundle will be in C2.

Checked video again. So maybe it will depend what will be in final package. Who knows, :)

HiG haven't received all the maps in C3, so they had to use maps in C2 to fill the gap in the video. Just an artistic license. No big deal...
I asked them about the tiles in the bundle. No answer yet... but they may be C2.1...
