Spielbox Magazine delivery to canada

Is anyone in Canada getting Spielbox magazine delivered from Gemany, are there any issues with Canada post collecting Duty on the magazine.  I believe that if canada Post collects the duty they charge $9.50 over and above the cost of the duty.

I've purchased a few things from Spielbox and don't recall ever having to pay customs fees. Magazines are treated differently from parcels.
