As I understand this Dutch site it is auction. And the shipping costs are quit high. The real rarity there is Die Katharer but the price is 37 Euros now (+ shippment).

It is indeed auction,  and with no time limit. So when the seller thinks its high enough, or nobodys overbidding, the auction ends. So these are hard to win tbh
