Got confirmation this morning that the KS will include 400 English/Dutch editions of the basegame too.

There is an early-bird for the expansion: €12,00 until the weekend.

There are 400 copies of the basegame + expansion available in German and English for €32,00

There's no plans for the expansion to go to retail either!
