It’s released at Essen SPIEL. Last year the festival was moved online so the promos weren’t announced the same way. You’ve got to wait for the festival to start and for someone to post this year’s (hopefully last) promo tile.

Why last?
It's one of the motivation to go to Essen. HiG will be mad to stop to stop it.

When will Essen Spiel 2021 take place?

From October 14th to 17th, that is, it starts in a couple of days.  ;D
