Thanks to @Meepledrone I was able to play mine set of tiles of this expansions this weekend.
Very interesting expansions with one big cons. Mount tiles are just 24 which change strategy in 1/2 of game when nobody want to place meeple to forest, because on end of the scoring player will get 0 points for uncompleted mount (forest). So everybody just place tiles MMxx or MMMx separately to get advantage to other players to finish it when placing tile and meeple to unoccupied forest (mount).
Special tiles works great, only problem is that it's just one in set.
So my opinion is to print two sets of these tiles and play with all 48 tiles in game.

Welcome to the Forum, daveztpc2000.

I don't think that the tiles for this expansion were ever publicly available to download. I believe the tile sheets were privately printed in small numbers and then distributed.

Yes, I noticed that. I contacted the designer/author a while back with some questions about the rules but have not heard back from him, although I did get a reply when I initially made contact.

Hopefully my C2/3 conversion (with permission from José Barros Alonso) will answer a few of the rules questions.

Forest areas will score 1 point, like cities, at the end of the game.
