After 31 days my order Is still there, at Cundco. I know that The world has a lot of other problems, but... really? A month? After paypal payement? Close The web shop and take a long breath, if you can't manage it.

Just to update everyone, I received an e-mail today from CundCo saying that my order (from Oct. 14) has finally shipped. Hopefully others who have also been waiting will see a similar e-mail soon!

That's interesting. I never received an email, but when I check the status of my order, is says that it has been sent. It has said that for over a week now though, so I've been expecting it for several days and haven't seen it yet.

Actually, it arrived today after I posted about it. Everything looks to be in order.

I ordered it the day their new website went online, but still haven't received it. And no replies on my emails either. I hope all is good at the cundco shop, maybe they're just super busy...

6 weeks and still order not fulfilled and no reply to my chasing email.....I'm going to have to order Star Wars Carcassonne from somewhere else to ensure it's here for Xmas.

Very disappointing.

My order also hasn't been processed yet (order placed on Oct 16). I haven't contacted them about it yet because they asked people not to as I recall.

3 X German castles
Some orange and brown meeples
Maybe festival too

All are supposed to be Xmas presents. Order dated 15th october.

I have already ordered carc star wars from elsewhere as this is a must have. I can sacrifice some of my own meeples if need be

I have some kind of medieval Spanish workshop on the 15th but just normal teaching (and probably examining) on the 16th. Phew, dodged a bullet there!

I find it very strange that some people are still having problems with their orders.

Without meaning to gloat as I am genuinely saddened by your issues with Cundco, but I ordered about 2 weeks ago and had an email asking what meeples I wanted as I had forgotten to specify in the spare parts section and I have received half my order already.

I hope your orders are sorted out soon. All I can suggest is to keep messaging them daily until you get an answer.
