Hi Carcatronn-

I sent you a message at your website yesterday, regarding an order I placed there, and I was just wondering if you had gotten it. I wanted to make sure I don't miss out on the item I wanted to add.

Thanks,
Walt

So we are left with eBay... and the good graces of German members of this forum! Are any of you willing to buy a few copies for the people on this topic interested in getting hold of one?

Add me to the list of those who would appreciate some kind souls in Germany picking up some copies for us poor, unfortunate US members! My PayPal is at the ready!

Ah, I did not even think about the Big Box 4. I see the image above that Carcatronn posted, plus I found this image at BGG:

I can see now why two of the edges of my 6-tile were jaggedly cut, and where they came from. The thing that still frustrates me is that the seller never told me where the tiles came from. I asked him three times for more details about the source of the tiles, and all he kept saying was "these are official from hans im Gluck". He never gave any more details than that. If he would have simply said "these were cut from the 7 x 5 tile sheets in the new Big Box 4 set", the matter would have been resolved easily. Once again, in HIS defense, I should have asked about all of this before I paid for the tiles, but in MY defense, he did show an image of the rules sheet from CC1, and he didn't explain the source of these tiles. Well, I'm going to still try and get a refund, and it's been a lesson learned for me.

Purity -

Just to clarify: I was expecting to get the CC1 set, based on the fact that the seller called his item "Die Kornkreise", not "Die Kornkreise II". Also, he showed a picture of 6 tiles on a punch sheet shrinkwrapped behind a rule sheet for CC1. If I would have received an AUTHENTIC set of CC2 tiles (i.e., separate cards, NOT on a punch sheet), I would accepted the fact that I made an error in purchasing. However, I received a NON-AUTHENTIC set of CC2 cards on a punch sheet, which kettlefish confirmed through HiG that they were never released to the public this way. It's confusing, I know....overall, I probably should have contacted the seller before buying to ask him more details about the item.
