Over three weeks now (March 21) since I placed my order for German Cathedrals, Dynasties, and some Corn Circle I tiles, and the order STILL says "not processed yet" at the site. I'm just about done with cundco, hiG, and Carcassonne in general if they can't get their shit together. This is too much aggravation for what is supposed to be a nice, friendly hobby. Why advertise on your website that you have things available to order if it is going to be nearly impossible for you to actually fulfill an order?

Apparently, Cundco changed their document. Corn Circles I isn't available anymore. I must have been VERY lucky..

Im wondering what i will get then. Because i did pay for it.

So did I. They better honor my order. Really getting annoyed with cundco.

I hate to ask this, because I know I have done so before, but does anyone have ANY solid information about how handles their order shipment procedure? I placed an order over 2 weeks ago for the German Cathedrals and Dynasties. I made the payment at PayPal (using the "bank transfer" option), but the status still says the order has not yet been processed. This has me so frustrated because people (from all different areas) are reporting that they are receiving their orders, and even commenting on how fast they are receiving them. I have emailed cundco directly about this, but I get no response. Also, when I looked at the mini-expansion section of the website today, the German Cathedrals were not even listed anymore. Does this mean they are sold out? I will be seriously pissed if that is the case, and people who placed orders after me are receiving them and I miss out on the opportunity due to incompetence at cundco.

I have been a customer of cundco for a long time and have placed many orders, but ever since they switched to the new website, the ordering procedure is absolutely horrible, and their communication (or lack of) is even worse.

Does anyone know how the ordering procedure works (for those in the US) at the "new" website? I had trouble a few times before with this and seems to be happening again. I never had trouble with their older site. So I placed an order with them 5 days ago (Cathedrals in Germany and Dynasties game), and when I clicked on the "pay with PayPal" option, it would not let me do that (something about their website not being able to accept PayPal from other countries?). I changed my payment method to "bank transfer", and the order seemed to go through, but I have no idea how I am supposed to make the payment to them. I never received an order confirmation e-mail from them, and my e-mail to them has not been answered yet, after 5 days. This is frustrating, as I said I never had trouble with their older site. I KNOW it a small group of people handling a large amount of orders, but after over a year with their new site they should have this problem (and their communication) fixed.

Any suggestions about what their procedure is for getting a "bank transfer" payment to them?

Just to update everyone, I received an e-mail today from CundCo saying that my order (from Oct. 14) has finally shipped. Hopefully others who have also been waiting will see a similar e-mail soon!

My order was Carc: USuS, Carc: Star Wars, Russian Railroads: German Railroads, Marco Polo mini-expansion, and the single large Count/City tile. No meeples at all in this order. Everything was supposedly in stock, and I paid through PayPal. Still no word from them.

Time for a rant...
I realize they are a small outfit, busy with a lot of post-Essen orders, they are short handed because of illness, etc., etc. but my order was placed ONE MONTH ago, and it still says "partially completed" What does that even mean? What's worse is that for the past week or so I've been e-mailing them everyday, just to get a simple status update, there there has been NO response from anyone at all. Of course, they had no problem taking my money immediately. I understand I just have to keep waiting, but the most frustrating thing is that there are people who have ordered after me, who have already received their orders. I've been a longtime customer of, but not anymore. They have lost my business.

Yes, I was charged immediately after placing the order, so I don't want to cancel the order, place a new order, and be moved back further in the queue. I'll just keep waiting.
