Title: can I get a Dispatch, please?

so... like the subject says:

- during my turn I place a Bazar tile that completes a road... I take 4 point and reach a dark number space and I take a Dispatch... then, first the next player turn begins, I "sell" a auctioned tile and take some point... is still my turn? can I take another Dispatch from this different "round of scoring"?

- are the points from the animals of Under the big top taked in a different "round of scoring"?

Page 162 of the CAR, states that, "Payment of points, as with bidding in a bazaar or in
ransoming of a follower captured by a tower, does not count as a round of scoring." Thus you can't get another message tile for this.
