WTB Carcassonne: the City parts

Hello,

I bought a copy of Carcassonne the city 6 months ago with some missing parts for a decent deal. I thought it wouldn't be too hard to find the parts i need, but it has been a battle. I am looking for the following pieces:

4 yellow meeples
3 towers
2 walls
and 5 tiles pictured below

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even just some of these parts or tiles. I have been trying to get these parts for what feels like forever... I just want to play this game with my family! There was a guy on BGG who has the parts, but he does not want to communicate with me for some reason.
