It's been on pre-sale at miniaturemarket.com and coolstuffinc.com just added a placeholder for it, but not for sell yet. Both sites are using an image of the old art, but have assured me that they are selling the new art edition of it.

They have updated the release date to March 22, 2018 on this listing.
