Question #11: The Gingerbread Man places this tile on Yellow's behalf. How many points does each player score?

Answer #11: This tile placement completes the monastery occupied by Yellow and closes a field with Blue and Red's shepherds.

As a result, the closed field will automatically trigger the "Guide the flock to the stable" action to score both shepherds, followed by the scoring of the monastery.

Blue and Red will both score 8 points for their combined sheep tokens in the closed field (8 sheep x 1 point per sheep). After this scoring, the shepherds will return to their owners and the sheep will return to the bag with the sheep tokens.

Yellow will score 15 points for the monastery and two adjacent vineyards (9 points for the monastery + 6 points for the vineyards)
* The monastery is worth 9 points (1 point for the monastery + 1 point for each adjacent tile).
* The two vineyards add a total bonus of 6 points to the monastery (2 vineyards x 3 points per vineyard).

Note:
* The red shepherd is on a tile with a hill, but the hill does not affect shepherds (or any other player special figures). Shepherds are not meeples, so majority does not apply to them.

Bottomline:
- Blue will score 8 points
- Red will score 8 points
- Yellow will score 15 points

Question #12: The Snowman places this tile on Yellow's behalf. It is the last tile of the game, so the player has the following questions:
a) How many points does each player score considering the bets shown for each betting office during this turn?
b) How many points will score each player after the game?

Notes:
* We are considering the current rules for non-square tiles (C2/C3). If you use the C1 rules, please indicate so.

Answer #12: This tile just placed completes the city with the Circus Maximus wonder. It also triggers the scoring of the bets shown.

Depending on the rules applied, we will have two cases when dealing with the wonder tile:
* C1: the wonder tile is counted as 1 tile.
* C2/C3 (current default rules): each square of a wonder tile is counted as a separate tile.

Let's see each case in turn, starting with the current rules:

C2/C3 rules

The completed city occupies 7 square spaces: 3 normal tiles plus 4 squares spaces on the wonder tile that count as 4 tiles. Therefore, the feature is scored as a 7-tile city, so Yellow will score 14 points (7 tiles x 2 points per tile).

We should score the bets one betting office at a time. Only the top betting office has a bet that will grant points for this 7-tile city: the 4/7+ bet placed by Red. So the player will score 7 points for it.

So this turn, the scorings are as follows:
- Blue will score no points
- Red will score 7 points for the bet
- Yellow will score 14 points for the city

Once the game ends, there are no bets left on the board. All of them were scored in the last turn of the game.

Moreover, the Circus Maximus wonder would grant points at the end of the game if Blue and Red had some knights in incomplete cities. This is not the case in this scenario.

So we only have 3 meeples on roads to score:
- Blue will score 2 points for their road (2 tiles x 1 point per tile).
- Red will score 2 points for their road (2 tiles x 1 point per tile). Note that one square space on the wonder with the road segment counts as 1 tile.
- Yellow will score 1 point for their road (1 tile x 1 point per tile). Note that one square space on the wonder with the road segment counts as 1 tile.

Bottomline:
a) The scoring during the last turn of the game will be as follows:
   - Blue scores no points
   - Red scores 7 points
   - Yellow scores 14 points
b) The scoring at the end of the game will be as follows:
   - Blue scores 2 points
   - Red scores 2 points
   - Yellow scores 1 point

C1 rules

The completed city occupies 4 tiles: 3 normal tiles plus 1 wonder tile. Therefore, the feature is scored as a 4-tile city, so Yellow will score 8 points (4 tiles x 2 points per tile).

We should score the bets one betting office at a time. Only the top betting office has bets that will grant points for this 4-tile city:
* The 4/7+ bet placed by Red: The player will score 4 points for it.
* The 4 bet placed by Yellow: The player will score 8 points for it.

So this turn, the scorings are as follows:
- Blue will score no points
- Red will score 4 points for the bet
- Yellow will score 16 points (8 points for the city + 8 points for the bet)

Once the game ends, there are no bets left on the board. All of them were scored in the last turn of the game.

Moreover, the Circus Maximus wonder would grant points at the end of the game if Blue and Red had some knights in incomplete cities. This is not the case in this scenario.

So we only have 3 meeples on roads to score:
- Blue will score 2 points for their road (2 tiles x 1 point per tile).
- Red will score 2 points for their road (2 tiles x 1 point per tile). Note that the wonder tile with the road segment counts as 1 tile.
- Yellow will score 1 point for their road (1 tile x 1 point per tile). Note that the wonder tile with the road segment counts as 1 tile.

Bottomline:
a) The scoring during the last turn of the game will be as follows:
   - Blue scores no points
   - Red scores 4 points
   - Yellow scores 16 points
b) The scoring at the end of the game will be as follows:
   - Blue scores 2 points
   - Red scores 2 points
   - Yellow scores 1 point

Question #13: Santa Claus places this tile on Blue's behalf. The tile has a circus space, so the big top has to move. The player would like to score the acrobat pyramid in this turn as well. How many points does each player score if the token under the big top was the one shown faceup?

Notes:
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #13: The tile placement completes a 4-tile city worth 8 points (4 tiles x 2 points per tile), which in turn triggers the scoring of the castle occupied by Yellow. The tile has a circus space, so the big top will be scored at the end of this turn too.

Before any other scorings take place, Blue triggers the scoring of the acrobat pyramid completed in a previous turn. Red will score 5 points for their acrobat (1 acrobat x 5 points) and Yellow will score 10 points (2 acrobats x 5 points). The acrobats will be removed at this point and returned to their owners.

Blue will score 8 points for the city and 6 points as ringmaster bonus, since the ringmaster is in the vicinity of 2 circus spaces and 1 acrobat space ( (2 circus spaces + 1 acrobat space) x 2 points = 3 x 2 points). The meeple in the city will be removed at this point.

Notes::
* The red meeple  on top of the tower does not occupy the city, so it does not participate in the scoring. The city is occupied by the blue ringmaster only.
* The circus space on the tile just placed is not in the vicinity of the blue ringmaster.

Yellow will score 8 points for the city occupied by blue ringmaster, since it is in the vicinity of the castle. Note that the castle scored the same points the city is worth. The ringmaster bonus is not considered, since it is associated to the figure, not to the city. The meeple in the castle is also removed.

At this point, the big top is scored. It will only consider the neighboring meeples remaining on the board after the previous scorings:
* The red meeple on top of the tower
* The blue meeple in the city bottom left
* The red meeple in the city bottom right

Since the circus token has a 3, Blue will score 3 points (1 meeple x 3 points) and Red will score 6 points (2 meeples x 3 points). At this point, the big top moves to the circus space on the tile just placed.

Bottomline:
- Blue will score 17 points (8 points for he city + 6 ringmaster bonus points + 3 points for the big top)
- Red will score 11 points (5 points for the acrobat + 6 points for the big top)
- Yellow will score 18 points (10 points for the acrobats + 8 points for the castle).

Question #14: Danisthirty places this tile on behalf of Yellow. How many points does each player score?

Notes:
* We are applying the basic rules for Little Buildings
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #14: The placement of this tile completes a city and a road.

The city is occupied by Blue, Red and Yellow, but only Yellow has the majority (2 meeples again one from Blue and one from Red).

Yellow will be the only player scoring points for the city. It has 11 tiles, 6 coats of arms and a little building, but the Bad Neighborhood scoring tile forces you to discard any semicircular city segments when scoring for the city. So, 3 tiles at the bottom with only semicircular city segments will not be considered for the tile count (any roads on these tiles are irrelevant). The city will be worth 29 points ( ( ( (11 - 3) tiles + 6 coats of arms) x 2 points ) + 1 point for the little building = ( (8 + 6) x 2 points) + 1 point = (14 x 2) + 1 points = 28 + 1 points)

The city scoring will tigger the Coiners quarter's bonus for Blue, since the player is present in the city (majority is not required) and has a meeple in that quarter in the city of Leipzig. The player will receive 18 points (6 coats of arms x 3 points).

Additionally, Yellow will also receive points for the completed road. It has 2 tiles and a little building, but the Highway scoring tile forces you to score it as a 5-tile road. The player will then score 6 points ( (5 tiles x 1 point per tile) + 1 point for the little building = 5 + 1 points)

The scoring of the road will also tigger the Wainwrights quarter bonus, since Yellow  has a meeple in that quarter in Leipzig. Therefore, the player will receive 2 bonus points (2 tiles x 1 point pe tile). Note that we are considering the actual number of tiles in the feature, not the modified tile count affected by the scoring tiles.

Note:
* The basic rules for Little Buildings state that all the little buildings are worth 1 point, no matter their type.
* The little building affects all the features on its tile, so both the completed city and the completed road score points for it.

Bottomline:
- Blue will score 18 points for the Coiners quarter bonus
- Red will score 0 points
- Yellow will score 37 points (29 points for the city + 6 points for the road + 2 points for the Wainwrights quarter bonus)

Question #15: The Grinch places this tile on Blue's behalf. The player has the teacher and asks for your help with the following questions:
a) Does Solovei Razboynik trap any meeples?
b) How many points does each player score?
c) Is any meeple sent to the bathhouse?
d) How many drawbridges are connected to the road just completed?
e) Can any player send a meeple to the city with the two drawbridges?
f) Who gets the teacher?

Notes:
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #15: This tile placement completes the road with the Solovei Razboynik tile, which will immediately trap the closest meeple to the tree following the road: the yellow meeple. This meeple is 3 tiles away from the tree whereas the red meeple is four tiles away when following the road.

This means that Red scores the road alone and receives 10 points for it (10 tiles x 1 point per tile). Since this is a single-meeple scoring, the red meeple will be sent to the bathhouse on the right before having the possibility to send the meeple to any city.

Blue has the teacher, so the player will score the same points as Red for the road, that is 10 points. Blue will keep the teacher for completing a road to the School.

The road has 2 drawbridges connected to it: left one without water and top left one with water. The stone of the Bogatyr tile ends the 2-tile road connected to the second drawbridge of the top city.

Note:
* Blue will not receive any points tor the left watchtower. The meeple is placed on the watchtower tile but not on the road segment belonging to the completed road.

Bottomline:
a) Yes, Solovei Razboynik will trap the yellow meeple.
b) The scoring is as follows:
- Blue will score 10 points for the teacher
- Red will score 10 points for the road
- Yellow will score no points
c) Yes, the red meeple is sent to the bathhouse.
d) Only two drawbridges are connected to the completed road. The third is on a separate road that ends at the Bogatyr stone.
e) No, since red meeple is trapped before it can be sent to the top city.
f) Blue keeps the teacher.

Question #16: The Gingerbread Man places this tile on Red's behalf. The player completes a small city and builds a castle on it. How many points does each player score if they all want the maximum number of points possible?

Notes:
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #16: This tile placement completes an unoccupied city worth 8 points ( (3 tiles + 1 coat of arms) x 2 points = 4 x 2 points), a road occupied by Blue worth 3 points (3 tiles x 1 point per tile) and the small city occupied by Red that is converted into a castle. This castle just built cannot be scored this turn, even if one or more features are completed in its vicinity.

Let's see what castle scorings are triggered by the completed features:
* The castle occupied by Black has the completed road and the unoccupied city in its vicinity, so the player may score points for one of those two features. The player wants to score the most points possible, so they will choose the city and Black will be worth 8 points.
* The castle occupied by Yellow has the completed road and the castle occupied by Black in is vicinity. The player will choose the feature worth the most points, that is the castle occupied by Black. So, the castle occupied by Yellow will be worth 8 points.
* The castle occupied by Blue is not in the vicinity of the castles occupied by Black or Yellow, so it will not score points. Note, however, that the castle occupied by Blue is in the vicinity of the castle occupied by Black, so the former could have had triggered the scoring of the latter, if completed (but not vice versa, as we have seen).

Bottomline:
- Black will score 8 points for their castle.
- Blue will score 3 points for the road.
- Red will no points.
- Yellow will score 8 points for their castle.

Question #16.5: The Lucca Map has to be completed by choosing from the following pieces. Can you identify the right pieces and indicate the 3 letters of the squares they should occupy? (3 points)

Answer #16.5: The right selection of pieces is as follows:

Piece #1: F / I / J
Piece #2: Not valid
Piece #3: G / K / L
Piece #4: C / D / H
Piece #5: A / B / E
Piece #6: Not valid

Note: This question has nothing to do with the rules for the Carcassonne Lucca mini game. It is just a visual puzzle to match the pieces.

Question #17: The Snowman places this tile on Yellow's behalf. The player has the following questions:
1) Can the player place a tower piece on the tile just placed and capture a meeple? (1 point)
2) How many points would each player score in this case? (1 point)

Notes:
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #17: This tile placement completes a city occupied by Blue and Yellow. The red meeple is on top of the tower that is a different feature from the city, so it doesn't participate in the city scoring.

Yellow can capture Blue's meeple when placing the tower piece. The meeple is one tile away form the tower on a double-sized tile.

After capturing the meeple, Yellow will be the only player scoring for the city.

Yellow will score 24 points for the city (18 for the city + 6 for the two German castle bonuses):
* 18 points for the city ( (7 tiles + 2 coats of arms) x 2 points = 9 x 2 points)
* 6 points for the German castles (2 German castles x 3 points)

Bottomline:
a) Yes, Yellow can capture Blue's meeple.
b) The scoring is as follows:
- Blue will score no points.
- Red will score no points.
- Yellow will score 24 points.

Question #18: The game has ended and Santa Claus would like to know how many points each player scores. Can you tell him?

Notes:
* We are considering the current rules for non-square tiles (C2/C3). If you use the C1 rules, please indicate so.
* This is an end-game scenario.

Answer #18: In this end-game scenario, we have to score the following features:
* 2 Japanese buildings with a meeple placed as an abbot (or claustral prior).
* 3 uncompleted German castles
* 1 uncompleted monastery

Depending on the rules applied, we will have two cases when dealing with non-square tiles:
* The C1 rules consider each tile individually no matter their shape, so two Halflings in a square count as 2 tiles, and one double-sized tile counts as 1 tile.
* The C2/C3 rules consider occupied spaces when scoring features, so two Haflings in a square count as 1 tile, and one double-sized tile counts as 2 tiles (except in C2 when scoring a long road on a Leipzig tile, which is not the case here)

Let's score each each feature in turn according to each ruleset. Let's start with the current set first.

C2/C3 rules

The Japanese building occupied by Red is scored considering the following tiles:
* 1 Japanese building tile
* 1 tile in the top column
* 2 tiles in the bottom column (1 of its square spaces is occupied by 2 triangular tiles that count as 1 tile and 1 half of a German castle tile that counts as 1 tile too)
* 2 tiles in the left row (the German castle counts as 2 tiles, that is, each half counts as 1 tile)
* 3 tiles in the right row (the German castle counts as 2 tiles, and the triangular tile alone in one square space counts as 1 tile)
Red will then score 9 points for this Japanese building ( (1 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 3 tiles) x 1 point = 9 tiles x 1 point)

The Japanese building occupied by Yellow is scored considering the following tiles:
* 1 Japanese building tile
* 1 tile in the top column until the square gap (1 half of a German castle tile counts as 1 tile too)
* 0 tiles in the bottom column
* 2 tiles in the left row (the two triangular tiles in one square space count as 1 tile and the triangular tile alone in a square space also counts as 1 tile - triangular gaps do not interrupt a row or column)
* 0 tiles in the right row
Yellow will then score 4 points for this Japanese building ( (1 + 1 + 0 + 2 + 0 tiles) x 1 point = 4 tiles x 1 point)

The German castle occupied by Blue counts as 2 occupied square spaces and is surrounded by 7 occupied square spaces:
* 4 spaces occupied by regular tiles
* 2 spaces occupied by 1 triangular tile
* 1 space occupied by 2 triangular tiles
Each square space counts as 1 tile, so Blue will score 9 points ( (2 tiles for the German castle + 7 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 9 x 1 points).

The German castle occupied by Red counts as 2 occupied square spaces and it is surrounded by 3 occupied square spaces:
* 1 space occupied by one regular tile
* 1 space occupied by 1 triangular tile
* 1 space occupied by 2 triangular tiles
Each square space counts as 1 tile, so Red will score 5 points ( (2 tiles for the German castle + 3 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 5 x 1 points).

The German castle occupied by Yellow counts as 2 occupied square spaces and it is surrounded by 3 occupied square spaces:
* 2 space occupied by regular tiles
* 1 space occupied by 2 triangular tiles
Each square space counts as 1 tile, so Yellow will score 5 points ( (2 tiles for the German castle + 3 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 5 x 1 points).

The monastery occupied by Blue counts as 1 occupied square space (with 2 triangular tiles) and it is surrounded by 6 occupied square spaces:
* 1 space occupied by one regular tile
* 1 space occupied by 1 triangular tile
* 4 spaces occupied by German castle halves, two of them belonging to the same double-sized tile.
Each square space counts as 1 tile, so Blue will score 7 points ( (1 tile for the monastery + 6 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 7 x 1 points).

Bottomline:
- Blue will score 16 points (9 points for the German castle + 7 points for the monastery)
- Red will score 14 points (9 points for the Japanese building + 5 points for the German castle)
- Yellow will score 9 points (4 points for the Japanese building + 5 points for the German castle)

C1 rules

The Japanese building occupied by Red is scored considering the following tiles:
* 1 Japanese building tile
* 1 tile in the top column
* 3 tiles in the bottom column (2 triangular tiles and 1 German castle tile)
* 1 tile in the left row (1  German castle tile)
* 2 tiles in the right row (1 German castle tile, and 1 triangular tile)
Red will then score 8 points for this Japanese building ( (1 + 1 + 3 + 1 + 2 tiles) x 1 point = 8 tiles x 1 point)

The Japanese building occupied by Yellow is scored considering the following tiles:
* 1 Japanese building tile
* 1 German castle tile
* 0 tiles in the bottom column
* 3 tiles in the left row (3 triangular tiles)
* 0 tiles in the right row
Yellow will then score 5 points for this Japanese building ( (1 + 1 + 0 + 3 + 0 tiles) x 1 point = 5 tiles x 1 point)

The German castle occupied by Blue counts as 2 tiles for the feature and it is surrounded by 8 tiles:
* 4 regular tiles
* 4 triangular tiles
So Blue will score 10 points ( (2 tiles for the German castle + 8 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 10 x 1 points).

The German castle occupied by Red counts as 2 tiles and it is surrounded by 4 tiles:
* 1 regular tile
* 3 triangular tiles
So, Red will score 6 points ( (2 tiles for the German castle + 4 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 6 x 1 points).

The German castle occupied by Yellow counts as 2 tils and is surrounded by 4 tiles:
* 2 regular tiles
* 2 triangular tiles
So, Yellow will score 6 points ( (2 tiles for the German castle + 4 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 6 x 1 points).

The monastery occupied by Blue counts as 1 tile for the triangular monastery and it is surrounded by 6 tiles (including the triangular tile sharing he square space with the monastery tile):
* 1 regular tile
* 2 triangular tiles
* 3 German castle tiles
So, Blue will score 7 points ( (1 tile for the monastery + 6 adjacent tiles) x 1 point = 7 x 1 points).

Bottomline:
- Blue will score 17 points (10 points for the German castle + 7 points for the monastery)
- Red will score 14 points (8 points for the Japanese building + 6 points for the German castle)
- Yellow will score 11 points (5 points for the Japanese building + 6 points for the German castle)

Question #19: Danisthirty placed this princess tile on Yellow's behalf. The player has the following questions:
a) Which figures cannot be directly removed by the princess tile in this scenario? (1 point)
b) What would happen to the red builder if the bottom red meeple is removed? (1 point)
c) How many points does each player score if the bottom red meeple is removed? (1 point)

Notes:
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #19: The placement of the princess tile completes the city occupied by Red and Yellow, and the monastery occupied by Blue. The tile will also allow Yellow to remove a meeple from the city.

The player will not be able to directly remove:
* The red builder, which is not a meeple but a special figure.
* The blue abbot, which is placed in a monastery within the city, but not in the city itself.
* The red meeple on the tower, which is not placed in the city itself.

The player may only remove the yellow meeple and the bottom red meeple. However, the latter will remove the red builder as well, since there is no other red meeple in the city. Again, the red meeple on the tower is not in the city.

So, if Yellow removes the bottom red meeple (and the red builder as a side effect), the player will hace the single majority in the city. Yellow would score 14 points ( (6 tiles + 1 coat of arms) x 2 points = 7 x 2 points).

Blue would score 9 points for the monastery within the city (1 point for the monastery tile and 1 point for each surrounding tile).

Bottomline:
a) The princess tile cannot remove the red builder, the red meeple on the tower or the blue abbot.
b) The red builder will also be removed as a side effect if the red meeple is removed.
c) The scoring is as follows:
- Blue will score 9 points for the monastery
- Red will score no points
- Yellow will score 14 points for the city

b) Which features can the wagon move to? (1 point)
c) Will the tollhouse flip to the 1-value side after scoring? (1 point)

Notes:
* The labyrinth tile will be scored following the Advanced Variant rules.
* This question does not use large meeples.
* This is a mid-game scenario. The game goes on for a few more turns.

Answer #20: This tile placement completes various features:
1) The German cathedral occupied by Yellow.
2) A unoccupied 2-tile road ending at the German cathedral.
3) A road occupied by Red.
4) A road occupied by Blue and Yellow.

Note that the roads are separated by a crossroads with trees on the tile below the labyrinth. As a result, there are two large roads to score and the group of travelers on the road occupied by Red does not affect the scoring of the blue tollhouse. Moreover, the group of travelers on 2-tile completed road ending at the tollhouse does not affect its scoring either.

Let's score each feature in turn...

1) The German cathedral

Yellow will 30 score point for the German cathedral according to the value of the roads connected to it (2 + 16 + 12 points):
* 2 points for the top 2-tile road (2 tiles x 1 point per tile)
* 16 points for the road occupied by Blue and Yellow that has an inn (8 tiles x (1 point per tile + 1 point for the inn) = 8 x 2 points)
* 12 points for the road occupied by Red ( (10 tiles + 2 segments on the cathedral tile) x 1 point = 12 x 1 points). Note that the road has 11 tiles but is connected to two segments on the German cathedral tile. Those segments are counted separately.

After scoring, if we apply the C2 rules, the wagon may move to:
* The city bottom left
* The German castle itself
* The city on the German castle tile
If we apply the C1 rules, the wagon may not move to any feature, since all the roads connected to the German cathedral are completed.

Notes:
* The top vineyard does not grant bonus points to the German cathedral.
* In C2, the wagon will not be able to move to the garden or to the 2-tile road just completed, since both features are completed before the movement of the wagon take place at the end of this turn and, in addition, the garden cannot be occupied by a wagon.

2) The unoccupied 2-tile road ending at the German cathedral

Nobody scores points for this road.

3) The road occupied by Red

This road has:
* 11 tiles but is connected to two segments on the German cathedral tile. Those segments are counted separately, that is, the road is scored as 10 tiles and 2 segments on the cathedral tile.
* The German cathedral
* The Mage, which will consider the 11 road tiles only (no special treatment for the road segments on the cathedral tile).
* The German castle
* Two signposts (each of them of a different type) in the right direction.
* A group of travelers which will be wasted, since here is no tollhouses on this road.

Red will score 42 points (24 + 11 + 3 + 4 points)
* 24 points for the road tiles ( (10 tiles + 2 segments on the cathedral tile) x (1 point + 1 point for the German cathedral) = 12 x 2 points)
* 11 bonus points for the Mage (11 tiles x 1 point per tile)
* 3 bonus points for the German castle
* 4 bonus points for the signposts (2 signposts in the right direction x 2 points per signpost). Note that each correct signpost is worth 2 points, since there are two types of signposts in the right direction.

4) The road occupied by Blue and Yellow

This road has:
* 8 tiles (one of them is a labyrinth)
* The German cathedral (the roads ends at it only once)
* An inn
* The Labyrinth
* The German castle (even if the road ends at twice, it will grant its bonus only once)
* Two signposts (each of them of a different type) but only the red one is in the right direction
* A tollhouse token, that will consider the garden on the tile with an inn
* A hill tile with the yellow meeple on it

Before scoring the road, we will score the blue tollhouse. Blue will score 2 points for it (1 garden x 2 points for the large toll). After scoring the tollhouse token will stay on the 2-value side, since no group of travellers was scored.

The hill will break the tie in favor of Yellow against Blue. So only Yellow will score 32 points for the road (24 + 3 + 1 + 4 points):
* 24 points for the road tiles ( (7 tiles + 1 segment on the cathedral tile) x (1 point + 1 point for the German cathedral + 1 point fo the inn) = 8 x 3 points)
* 3 bonus points for the German castle
* 1 bonus points for the signposts (1 signpost in the right direction x 1 point per signpost). Note that the correct signpost is worth 1 point, since there is one type of signposts in the right direction
* 4 bonus points for the labyrinth (2 meeples x 2 points per meeple), according to the Advanced Variant rules

Bottomline:
a) The scoring is as follows
- Blue will score 2 points for the tollhouse.
- Red will score 42 points for their road.
- Yellow will score 62 points (30 for the German cathedral + 32 points for their road).
b) After scoring, the wagon may move to the following features if following the C2 rules:
- The city bottom left
- The German castle itself
- The city on the German castle tile
With C1 rules, the wagon cannot move to any other feature and will return to its owner's supply.
c) The tollhouse will stay on the 2-value side.

So do I understand correctly that the tile with the vineyard is counted twice for the German Cathedral scoring?
Which would mean, that each road leading to the German Cathedral is scored independently for the Cathedral scoring, correct?

For the German cathedral, each road connected to it is scored separately. Imagine that one of the roads on the vineyard tile had an inn and the other didn't. In this case, both roads had no inns, but this may not be the case in other scenarios.

Have a look at this riddle by @kettlefish, where each road is scored in turn for German cathedrals:
