The following web site should be of help when trying to schedule games.

Just enter the cities involved and it will show the possible meeting times across the different time zones.

I already offered this website earlier. It is very helpful in determining correct time difference between players.

sorry I did not see your earlier post  - perhaps the info should be placed at the top of the forum as a sticky item.  Trying to schedule can be very confusing
