I have to revisit those questions questions involving Halflings (scorings and invalid barn positions - just pointing them out) and ringmasters on non-basic features mainly.
If you apply the rules restriction affecting non-basic features strictly, a ringmaster on a Labyrinth should not be granted the bonus no matter what.
Well, after HiG telling us that a ringmaster placed as a monk on a German monastery replacing a normal monastery in the base game didn't grant the ringmaster bonus, it seems they were quite strict with the rules...
Placing a ringmaster as a highwayman on a labyrinth with basic rules doesn't feel the same as placing it as a monk on a German monastery?

Placing the ringmaster on the labyrinth should keep the same rule as placing it on any of the four connected roads.
