Finding inspiration from Willem, might people share their gaming tables? I'm considering investing in one and would like to see what other people have, especially for megacarc - :pink-meeple:

We just finished creating our gaming table by "hacking" our dining table.

I do have an idea I'd like to try.
A wall with holes and machinery that sucks in air thru the holes. You'd then place a regular tile in front of one of the holes and the airflow would keep it suspended. Of course, there is the issue of the noise. O:-) ;D

Wow, this one looks really great, I might try to do the same !
We currently use a dining table (same as the one in the link above) with a homemade side plank to make it wider to play megacarc :yellow-meeple:

Nice. Very nice. But small for MegaCarcassonne.
We have enlarge able table, 160x90, which is enlarge able twice, but not from middle, but from sides. Enlarge plates are below main board, so it is possible to enlarge table during the game. up to 240x90. Then game fits to table :D

Great conversion! As it happens, I've just finished adding a base to my own Bjursta - I'll have to upload some photos later.
Can I ask, do you put the original table tops back on?

Yes we are able to put back (all or part of) the original toppers !

Anyway awesome job. +1 merit for me.
That Led strings are powered by electricity plug, or by batery?

@Allograft check this page. Very nice ideas for expandable tables

I like that one made byt small pieces, but it's not suitable to expand over game :(

Wow, there's a lot of creativity there! - :pink-meeple:

Folding pasting table. Fold it up shove it out the way.
Grab it, pick a sofa, unfold it and play!
In our house any table surface quickly gets covered in junk, which prevents us setting up games quickly!
Here's an example:
