There is one more PC game: "Carcassonne: Koenig und Raubritter".
http://www.heise.de/preisvergleich/carcassonne-koenig-raubritter-download-pc-a109832.html
It has 4 expansions and 10 computer levels. To win a 10th level is not so easy! :)
Exactly this version I used to train myself before national championship.

The iOS game for iPad is very good. In fact, it's too good. I deleted the app because I was spending too much time playing Carcassonne. My productivity in other fields has gone up remarkably since I removed it :)

As I recall, the base game costs $10 and expansions are either $1.99 or $2.99 each. So far the expansions are the River II, Inns and Cathedrals, and Traders and Builders. They are planning to add the Princess and the Dragon this Christmas and Abbey and Mayor next year.

You can play against the computer (with different levels of computer player skill to choose from), play against friends online, or play a multi-player local game. You can play a game of up to 5 players I think (or is it 6?).

It's also available on Facebook via the Carcassonne App (if you're into that kind of thing).

Not sure if any of the previous posts mention this (read them):

There is a downloadable PC version you can buy off many sites. Local stores here in Sweden offers this game as well (such as Webhallen).

It contains the base game and some expansions such as The River, Inns & Cathedrals and King & Scout.
Features multiplayer and various difficulty AI levels.

A link below you can see some images:

The game cost average 100 Swedish Krona which is about 15 USD or 11 Euro and is published by Deep Silver.

I have written about that game in my post (http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=496.msg5211#msg5211).
Maybe the image wasn't quite informative, but still it is the same game.
Here is the
better link (http://pc.carcassonne-online.com/downloads.shtml).
